Wie bereits angekündigt, werden wir Sie in diesem Newletter über die Kompatibilität von "Profi"- und "Advanced"-Serie informieren.
Wichtigste Aussage: Geräte der "Profi"- und "Advanced"-Serie sind untereinander kompatibel!
Der Sender PFS Profi kann "Advanced"-Empfänger ansteuern.
Ebenso ist es möglich, mit einem
Controller PFC Advanced die Empfänger der "Profi"-Serie anzusteuern.
Geräte von Galaxis Showtechnik mieten und grundlegende Informationen
Grundsätzlich ist es jederzeit möglich mit einem Advanced Sender einen Profi Empfänger zu betreiben. Sollten Sie sich von uns Geräte zuleihen, werden diese stets auf Ihre Frequenz und Anlagennummer codiert.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass durch eine Kombination von beispielsweise einem "Advanced"-Controller und einem "Profi"-Empfänger, die Funktionen wie "Fernabfrage", "Fernprogrammierung", "Fernabschalten", "Änderung der Frequenz" usw. nicht möglich sind, da die "Profi"-Geräte nicht bidirektional sind und natürlich nicht über "Advanced"-
Funktionen verfügen. Ihnen bleiben
jedoch alle "Profi"-Funktionen erhalten.
Zuleihen von anderen Pyrotechnikern und Hinweise
Wenn Sie sich Geräte von einem anderen Pyrotechniker ausleihen möchten, müssen Sie dabei unbedingt beachten, dass der Sender und Empfänger auf derselben Frequenz und mit derselben Anlagennummer betrieben werden müssen.
Hat man beispielsweise einen PFC Advanced, so kann man Profi Empfänger (Audio, Power, 10 Outputs, 3 Outputs,
Midi 1) auf die Anlagencodierung des Senders anlernen. Dies funktioniert aber nur bei gleicher Frequenz.
Bei der "Profi"-Serie ist es nicht möglich
die Frequenz manuell zu ändern, wie Sie es von der "Advanced"-Serie kennen.
Wenn Sie mit einem PFS Profi Sender arbeiten und einen PFE Advanced Empfänger damit ansteuern möchten, müssen Sie dasselbe beachten wie vorher schon erwähnt. Der Unterschied hierbei ist, dass Sie zwar die Frequenz am Empfänger frei einstellen können, jedoch den Empfänger nicht an den Sender anlernen können, sollte dieser eine
andere Codierung haben.

Most important fact: Devices of the 'Profi' and 'Advanced' series are compatible!
The transmitter PFS Profi can be used to control Advanced receivers.
Likewise the controller PFC Advanced can be used to control receivers of the 'Profi' series.
Renting devices from Galaxis Showtechnik and basic information
In general it is possible for an 'Advanced' controller to operate with a 'Profi' receiver. If you rent devices from us, they will be programmed with your customer ID code and frequency.
Please note that if e.g. an 'Advanced' controller and a 'Profi' receiver is being used, functions like 'Remote Data Request and Programming', 'Remote Switch Off', 'Radio Channel Management' etc. will not work, because the 'Profi' series is not bidirectional and naturally can not offer
the features of the 'Advanced' series.
But all the 'Profi' functions are available.
Renting from other pyrotechnicians
and details
If you want to rent devices from another pyrotechnician, you have to make sure that the controller and the receivers have the same frequency and customer ID code.
If you have e. g. a PFC Advanced you can teach the 'Profi' receivers (Audio, Power, 10 Outputs, 3 Outputs, Midi 1) to the same customer ID code of the controller. This
will only work if all the devices are on the same frequency.
With the Profi series it is not possible for the user to change the frequency, as you are used to it from the 'Advanced' series.
If you are working with the PFS Profi controller and you want to use a PFE Advanced receiver, you have to mind the same as mentioned above. The difference is that you can change the frequency of the receiver yourself, but you can not teach in the receiver to the controller, if the receiver has another customer ID
code than the controller.
